Almighty, God of heav'n and earth
Jesus the Son, that became flesh,
Holy Spirit, for all our care
Hear us and receive all our vows.
VERSE 2
We accept Thee, Thou who art slain
Thou who ascended up to heav'n
With Thee, we are dead unto sin,
Our hearts would be raised up with Thee.
VERSE 3
We want to believe Thy gospel
We go, and Thy hand leads us on;
At Jordan, we seek for the way
That Thy own disciples have trod.
VERSE 4
By baptism a great token
We surrender ourselves to Thee;
Put Thy seal on the covenant,
And make us forever Thine own.
