We Love All the Things of the World
1 John 2:15 Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.

VERSE 1
We love all the things of the world
They are good before us
We love to stay long in the world
Not wanting to leave them.
VERSE 2
Why should we love all earthly things
When there’s one world above
There shall no sin or evil found
There is no peril there.
VERSE 3
The world that exists in the high
O that it’s known to us
There ‘is joy, love and charity
All these are found up there.
VERSE 4
In this world, there are death around
There is no death in heav’n,
Only the saints of God stay there,
In the immortal world.
VERSE 5
Let’s follow the path of Jesus
Which He hath giv’n to us
Unto the good and resting place,
In the house of our God.
